I got this unique pillow as I suffer from anxiety. I find that when I turn it on I can place my hand on the pillow and feel the beat and concentrate on that and it really helps me to relax. I use it in the car as I sometimes suffer from panic attacks. A co-worker at work was attacked and beaten up from an on-line date gone bad. She was a wreck started to have panic attacks etc. I gave her my pillow and she was so grateful, she even took it to her therapist and said isn't this thing great? Now my sister-in-law didn't get it, she said is it for your back? But those whose suffer from anxiety or nervousness will benefit.
