I bought this for my younger sister who has MS. She was using one of those silver canes with the holes in it and the curved handle, and it looked like it was made for someone much older. I wanted to get her something a little more sleek with a comfortable handle and this was just the one. She loves it!

The cane is adjustable in 1" increments with a spring loaded detent ball. Once you have it where you like it, you can tighten the nut on the telecoping tube for a nice tight cane.

This cane is light and adjustable, but the cane tip is extremely flimsy, which makes the cane dangerously wobbly. It will not support your weight if you weigh more than a hundred pounds. Its not worth the expense of returning so I will buy a sturdy cane tip and see if I can make do.
