Customer Review: Effective weight loss and health product

Each day I am reading more and more about how important CLAs are for improving health and assisting with weight loss. This product is effective when combined with proper diet and exercise. The only downside is that it is taken about one hour before meals and I am used to taking supplements WITH my meals so I had to make an adjustment there.
