I really need to mute Dr. Oz when he touts the benefits of supplements. I keep buying them knowing deep down that it's not a good idea. Just like with resveratrol and SamE--I bought the stuff hoping for more energy and all it did was cause strange changes in my body that didn't feel healthy at all. Dr. Oz is well aware of the placebo effect and I guess that's why he feels like he's not stepping over the "cause no harm" Hippocratic guidelines, but what about our pocketbooks? Next time, I'll send the money to Doctors Without Borders instead of wasting my money on this crap.
