Customer Review: Works for smoothies.

This is great to add nutrition to your smoothies. It doesn't really effect the flavor, but gives a rich, thick texture. Like any other fat it is high calorie so I normally only add between one teaspoon and one tablespoon to a twelve ounce shake. I haven't really figured-out what else I'll use it in. I think it would work for dressings also.
