Customer Review: NAC for Trichotillomania

I got this in November and it works wonders. I have trichotillomania - I put mainly my eyelashes but I pull my hair on my head sometimes when very stressed. So far using this my urges have been GREATLY reduced. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Don't know if this is related but I find I breathe easier when running as well since taking this. However my greatest benefit has been my pulling. I have lashes now and don't pull my hair on my head at all anymore. Love it, love it. I read about studies with NAC first, so do so and see if it's for you before you try it that is if you're using it for Trichotillomania as well.
