I saw an "expert" on a news show discussing the merits of oregano oil.he felt it was helpful to decrease inflammation.He said it helped diminish allergy symptoms.As an allergy sufferer i was willing to try this.Unfortunately it caused me terrible heartburn.I tried taking 1 instead of 2 at a time but it made no difference.maybe i'll try to use it again but not in a rush.
I hope oregano oil does help others.I fear it isn't something for me.
