I never, NEVER, write reviews. But, after receiving just great customer service I HAD to write this one.
First, my family and I prefer to use natural, non-toxic body care products. We found, through experimenting with different products, that shea butter worked best for us. We started using NOW after finding it at a local health food store. We LOVED the product. It's "whipped" consistency makes it very easy to apply and mix with essential oils, and of course, it is 100% shea butter.
After tiring of the high price at the store, I searched Amazon and was happy to find this seller at a much more competitive price. We have, without incident, ordered from this seller many times. The last shipment we received was uncharacteristically defective. The consistency of the product in all 3 containers we had ordered was pretty much the same as sand paper. Although we know that natural products can vary in quality, this was far from the standard we had become accustomed to with NOW. I contacted the seller with my concerns and my inquiry was immediately responded to with great apologies and concern. The seller quickly offered to send replacements and did so within hours of our conversation. We have received our replacement order and as we have been so used to, they are of high quality.
There are enough people out there doing terrible business who don't care at all about their customer. When I run into someone that offers great customer service, and shows real concern for their customer's satisfaction, I think it deserves the compliment.
Shea butter is a WONDERFUL product. NOW makes it available at a great quality and ease of use. And this seller provides it to its' customers at the best price you can find, supported by superb customer care!
