I've started to take vitamin K2 occasionally due to its supposed bone health benefits. I like the NOW brand for vitamins as they seem to have a good quality to price ratio (especially compared to Source Naturals). I can't say I feel any different by taking these vitamins, but then again that is not what they are for.
Apparently there are forms of vitamin K2 (Menaquinone). NOW foods does not specify on the bottle or on their product page which form or forms of Menaquinone they are including in the product. Ultimately though until there is more research into which form is better there is no reason to concern myself with picking one form of K2 over another.
