I had a friend beat me over the head for a while and finally buy a bottle for me and put it in my hand. I dutifully took 2 a day in the morning on an empty stomach. My system was pretty bad. Antacids all the time and lots of urgent issues after meals. It took 6 weeks before there was any suspected change and 8 for me to realize it couldn't be anything else but the PB8 stuff and that it was actually helping.
I was previously getting to the point where just a sandwich was causing issues but now I can eat much heavier meals and only have a fraction of the urgent issues. This has helped with acid reflux and downstream issues with 98% of what I eat. Heavy garlic/hot spices or cream sauces are still a bit of a challenge but nothing like they used to be a few months ago. More mundane stuff has been easy to digest properly. I do not like taking stuff and am a skeptic by nature but "I'm sold" on this stuff. I have no idea if there's a difference between the dried cultures and the refrigerated live ones. I need to research and see if the dry stuff establishes itself and you can stop taking it all the time but it's made life a lot easier to live for the time being...
