Thought have nothing to lose but weight so I am trying this out. I have been on for month now..with no side effects and feel as though it is working. Do not own a scale to know..but notice already slight change in body. I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now. At first I was a little skeptical to even purchase this product after reading some reviews from other customers. I'm not really one to use supplements, but I decided to go ahead and try this one out. While I havent lost weight, I have noticed that I have lost 3 inches around my waist, and about 5 inches around my thighs. I think that the reason that I have not lost pounds is because I lift weights 3 times a week, and my fat is just turning into muscle. But like the manual says, the only way that you are really going to get the results that you want is if you diet and exercise. I don't really follow the diet and exercise plan that is in the booklet because I have my own plan that I go by, and eating at a chow hall on a military installation doesnt really give you that many choices. But overall I think that this is an excellent product, and I plan to keep using it.
