Prescriptions have had little effect on my ongoing depressive symptoms. However, Native Remedies Triple Complex Tonic has had a definite positive effect. Last year when I had a lot of stress and persistent poor mood, I tried this stuff. Effect wasn't immediate but after a week and thereafter, I felt more relaxed and happier. Same stressors in my life, but I was better able to mentally handle them. My wife remarked how much happier I seemed. When the bottle ran out, I didn't use this stuff for several months. I didn't become as depressed as I had been last year but more frequent episodes of poor mood returned. Now I have a fresh supply of Triple Complex Mood Tonic and after four days, I feel my moods leveling. I fully believe this stuff works.
