I got this together with other Native Products during our trip overseas last December 2009. I was afraid the jetlag would affect us so much. I didn't get to use it since I sort of didn't have a jetlag but my family did and according to hubby it helped with the transition. My brother-in-law and her 23 year old daughter had sleeping problems. Hubby suggested this one and they tried it. After several days he said it seemed to worked. End, I gave them our bottles and told him, I could always get one again :)
Shipping was good too. Before I buy, I make sure to read reviews about the product and if not shipped by Amazon and shipped by re-seller, I also make sure to read the reviews about the seller.
