Customer Review: Fantastic Tasteful Way to Sleep

I don't take melatonin any more since the effects are no longer apparent to me. It worked at first but now I get nothing from it. My daughter who is six and autistic needs a way to wind down because without something like this she would not sleep till midnight or later and I don't want to medicate her. This helps her get to sleep and for the most part as she has gotten older it keeps her there. Not all the time but it helps calm her down before bed time and get her in the sleep mood. She is the type of kid who can sleep for four hours and never take a nap and be wired all day. Its insane to see but its great we have a nice way to help avoid sleepless nights for her and us.
The great thing about these meltaways is they taste great and she has no problem taking it. I usually only use half of a tablet depending on how sleepy she actually looks but she has no problem taking these. Its almost like a candy treat to her since they taste like strawberry candy. Before we had to use a pill grinder or the liquid kind and mix it with something but this makes it so much easier for her to take. If the effects of melatonin work on you I highly recommend you try these to see if you like it.
