Customer Review: Directions I Figured To Work
Summary: 2 Stars

Product itself seems great so far.
I took one star off for TERRIBLE directions and that they wrapped the mouthrinse bottle in hard plastic wrap which can result in customers cutting theirself trying to open it.
Who wrote the directions? Had to figure what to do myself and it is different than the directions they gave, which did not make sense.
In pan full of boiling water for 8 seconds you put in that blue cover tray (with tooth mold inside that is immersed in warm water). Dump both water and blue cover in sink. Immediately grab the mold and put in mouth. Bite super lightly and pinch your teeth front and back to get the mold indented to your teeth. Just repeat process twice or 3 times max to see a nice indent of your teeth in the mold and wala!
RECAP: Bought because of others reviews. I lowered rating because it is like a month now and my teeth are not super white. The mouthrinse is delicious and could be marketed by itself, but the product is not what I expected. Took off 3 more stars.

Customer Review: Not the best whitener out there
Summary: 2 Stars

Honestly, Crest White Strips do a better and faster job. When I recieved the package, the tube of whitening stuff had broken open and squirted all over the box, even damaging the packaging. I decided to go ahead anyway. The molds worked fine, the paste tasted horrible, and I could only use one mold at a time, doubling the time I had to wear it. After the recommended usage time, I did not notice much of a difference. Like I said, get Crest White Strips instead.

Customer Review: DON'T USE if you're ALLERGIC TO TOOTHPASTE!
Summary: 1 Stars

I was leery about this product because I'm allergic to one of the ingredients in regular toothpastes, "SLS" - sodium lauryl sulfate - which makes the toothpaste bubbly & foamy during brushing. But although this had a different ingredient with a similar name, I knew it wasn't supposed to be a bubbly or foamy brushing product so I thought I'd give it a shot.

First of all, I messed up the mouthpiece. While I was putting it into my mouth for forming, we had an emergency in our house & when I reacted, I bit down before I realized that the side was folded in. The instructions are semi-correct. They say that it's very difficult to fix that problem. It's not. It's impossible. After some creative 'trimming,' I tried the product. The amount to put in the mouthpiece was given in metrics, so I had to ask my husband (who is a doctor and uses 'grams') how much to use.

Everything seemed to go well throughout the process, although the post-taste was nasty. But that seems to be a side-effect of all whiteners! The next day, I had a canker sore on my tongue. Then I started to get them on my gums. Just like my toothpaste days. So if you can't use toothpastes, you shouldn't try this!

Customer Review: Might have been good?

I got this and it was nicely packed, with even a hint of perfume or something on the receipt. Cute. But the tube broke open from the crimped portion on the back about the second time I used it. I emailed the seller, and no response, not an offer to do anything about it, not a note saying they have no recourse, certainly no offer of refund or replacement...just...nothing. Too bad.

I'm using something different now and won't be shopping with them again.
