Customer Reviews of Nature Babycare Chlorine-Free ECO Diapers Size 4 (22-37lbs) (Pack of 4)Customer Review: I've tried them all... Summary: 5 Stars
Between my 2 kids, I have tried almost every 'mainstream' diaper on the market. Pampers Dry, Pampers Swaddlers/cruisers, Huggies, Huggies Pure & Natural, Seventh Generation, Jewel brand, Target brand, Earth's Best, G diapers, etc etc!
These diapers are the only ones I am comfortable using. I would do cloth diapers if I had the time but since I don't, this really does come as close as it gets as far as a natural diaper goes. These are the only diapers my daughter hasn't gotten diaper rash from.
The diapers are pretty absorbent, honestly probably one of the most absorbent of the bunch I've tried. My daughter sleeps 10 1/2-11 hours straight and I've never had a leak, even the few times I've had to leave her in them longer while I get my son ready for school. They do have a very different feel to them compared to the chemically loaded diapers but once you use them for a awhile you'll get used to them.
A con of these diapers is the tabs. They stick great when you go to close the diaper on your child but when you want to roll up a dirty diaper and close it the tabs won't stick at all. I guess it doesn't matter as long as it closes while the diaper is on your baby!
All in all, I've very happy with this brand of diapers and would recommend them to anyone.
Customer Review: Great diaper...especially for an eco-friendlier one! Summary: 5 Stars
I am a cloth diaper user during the days, but now that my baby is sleeping 12 hours at night, I am not getting up to change a diaper. I still wanted to find the best night-time disposable I could that wasn't a total detriment to the planet and after experimenting with several, I've decided I'm committed to Nature Babycare. They are great diapers, I never have leakage (except for a few days when my baby was sick with a stomach bug and his mess was nowhere near solid...sorry if that's TMI!...I even tried a couple of other brands and they all leaked). They are a little more expensive than your average diaper (I think...didn't even really research this because I am not buying a lot of diapers since we CD), but with the Amazonmom subscription discount it really isn't bad. I have been on the every 2-month subscription and it has been enough diapers. One person did suggest going up a size and I'd agree. My baby was in the size 4 before he was past the weight limit of the size 3. I'm now moving him up to size 5 and he's about 24 pounds.
Customer Review: Love these diapers!!! Summary: 5 Stars
I absolutely love these diapers!! I have been using them since the day my daughter was born and she is now 17 months. They are a little stiffer than the environmental disasters, Huggies, Pampers, etc... But they fit great and we have not had any problems with leakage. Also, I have never found any of the little sodium polyacrylate gel balls stuck to my daughters skin with the nature babycare diapers as I have the few times we had to use Huggies Pure & Naturals when I forgot to place my order on Amazon and we ran out. I know cloth is best, but we tried them and it just didn't work out for us (my daughter had terrible diaper rash from the cloth diapers, we just couldn't get her out of a wet one fast enough to prevent it). I feel good knowing that these diapers are better for the environment than other disposables out there and gentler on my daughter's skin. Highly recommend!!
Customer Review: A+ sposie for cloth users!! Summary: 5 Stars
My 16 month old son has been in cloth since day one. When we came upon a horrible rash from some of my son's diapers I was devastated. I wasn't afraid to use disposables, but as a cloth using mama I didn't want to seem like I was turning my back on cloth and going to the dark side....disposables.
After many days going back and forth I finally took the plunge and it was worth it. NBC diapers are exactly what I needed for my son. Perfect sizing, big enough to give him space to breath but not loose and baggy. We used them overnight as well and there was never a leak. The can tear easily, but out the entire box of diapers I only had to throw away one that couldn't be used. I'll never use a different brand of disposable....we're a NBC family!! :)
Customer Review: Great diapers! Summary: 5 Stars
Although these diapers are not "economical" they are eco-friendly and "bottom" friendly. My baby has not had one diaper rash since using these diapers --and it's been over 6 months. The diapers don't have a weird smell like some of the other diaper brands when wet. Though at first these diapers feel stiff compared to some other brands (I used to use Pampers) they don't seem to bother my baby and he appears comfortable enough. They don't leak and are eco-friendly.
***They do tend to come small so go one size up if your baby has a bigger bottom even if his weight is within the diaper size range. All in all I love this product for my baby!!If you register with Save and Subscribe and join Amazon Mom, the price becomes a lot more friendly.
