I have suffered a 102 evening and morning fevers for 22 days. With some bad coughing and wheezing now. I went on a rather long car trip somewhere in the time this started. When I returned home my feet cramped so badly and my legs- that if I went to bed I woke and no amount of walking stopped the cramping. It was extremely painful. Stretched a leg or foot and I'd be howling in agony. My 85 year old Dad, who suffers terrible back issues and cramping in his legs, said to me to get this and Potassium. And to drink tonic water. He said I probably needed to replace electrolytes from sweating on a very hot trip and from the fevers that are causing me to freeze and burn all night. He also sent a wonderful birthday card but I guess that's irrelevant. I was really weak, so I got this, and did it though I don't generally take anything easily, just desperate.
In a day this was better.
I hope I'm not hit with a kidney stone from the calcium. He recommended a half tsp of salt too.
Maybe he's an Appalachian hillbilly, but he did organic chemistry and the classes a long time ago.
I'm just hoping that this continues to assist me so I can make it through something that's really rough.
This seems a really good product.
