Since some articles about the benefits of cinnamon for diabetics and people with high blood pressure, it's been sold out in all the drug stores around here. I'm so glad I was able to buy mine via the internet! I WAS borderline diabetic. I can't stand needles, so I wasn't about to have to stick myself daily and maybe take insulin shots. So I took cinnamon capsules and cut out sugar and salt (used substitutes) and cut down on fats and carbs. I lot 59 pounds and have no sign of diabetes!
