My Cardiologist (who entered Med School at 17) AND my Serologist (Faculty member of Med School) tell me that supplement manufacturers of this product adjust the amount of the product so that you do get the correct dosage.
I take a minimum of four grams of fish oil daily and while the majority of people think of the Omega-3s and heart health that is not the end all-be all of the product. The day after taken this fish oil is proven to increase cognitive ability. It has also been proven that if a pregnant woman takes just one of these a day during pregnancy the child will be born with a minimum 10 point increase in IQ.
But one of the key positives is that taking this product in 3-4,000 mg. daily it will reduce, and can with some other supplements, eliminate the inflammation along the arterial walls of your body. This is where the LDL and Small LDL (the lethal LDL that causes cardiac events) stick (this is also called plaque), narrowing your arteries and decreasing blood flow.
Here's the really good news. The top quality low-price supplements you need are all right here at your fingertips on Amazon.com. Do some of your own research so you don't rely on your physician to give you a scrip for some super expensive new drug advertised on television. If you take any "As Seen on TV" drugs then Big Pharma is stealing from you. Again.
