I am using this product for the growth factors it encourages one's body to generate during fat loss... I am trying to tip the scales in the delicate balance between muscle/fat catabolism using this product. Here is how I take it... since the enzymes in saliva activate some of the substances in mammalian colostrum you should take a half teaspoon twice a day (morning and night) and drop it in your mouth from a measuring spoon and press it into a pad again the roof of your mouth with your tougue. It will stick there... just leave it there for abut 20 minutes slowly being broken down in your mouth and carried into your empty stomach with your saliva. I think best on empty stomach. Read up on the benefits of this substance on the net from reputable sites... medial sites, etc... don't believe the hype you might hear and testimonials from sites that sell "remedies for all that ails you". Losts of snake oil salemen out there but this has some proven science behind it and I think well worth the money for my purposes anyway.
