I bought this particular type of B vitamins because I just needed some, but after I noticed a huge difference in my energy level, I went back and looked a the bottle again. I really like the time-release part because I don't feel a huge burst (or any nausea) of energy in the morning and then turn into a zombie in the afternoon. And they don't keep my up at night. This, along with my normal vitamins every day, is a huge benefit to my life.
