I agree with alot of the people who wrote comments that it worked for as well, it's definitely a nice colon cleanser, not harsh, but if it's too harsh for you at the maximum dosage, just cut down a pill or two or day. But I lost a few pounds, feel much better, drink more water, and go to the bathroom a little more, but without that "raw" feeling you get from other harsher/harder cleansers, so I found me a winner! Thanks and I recommend people try it that are looking for a softer colon cleanser alternative, thanks!
