Customer Review: Really cleans you out!

This product is great once you figure out how much you need to take. The bottle tells you to continue increasing until you see a change, but I would recommend only taking 1 or max 2 a day until you see movement. I also did what some of the other's did and continued increasing. I think I got up to 5 pills in one day, needless to say when it finally kicked in I couldn't leave the house. Just be patient and don't increase the amounts as quickly. Once your bowels start moving you'll only be taking 1 or 2 a day. At the end of the first bout my stomach started being very upset again and that was when I knew it was time for a break. Next bout I started with 1 pill and that kept me going, so it gets easier to restart the bowels. Now I regularly start taking this when my bowels get unregular. Excellent Product!
