I only took one pill in the morning and one in the evening. For the first 4 days I did not notice a difference in my bowel movements. By the fifth day it was a totally different story. I could not stop going and I also had painful gas that accompanied the excessive sometimes watery stool. Needless to say I immediately stopped taking the pills and I stopped going excessively by the next day. I'm afraid to take anymore of these pills because I do not want a repeat of my first experience.
