Nature's Secret - Ultimate Cleanse has been a pleasant surprise for me. I tried this product after reading about it in Dr.Janet Macarro's wonderful book Natural Health Remedies.

Because I have certain medications that I have to take, I have a large tendency to become impacted. This is a very painful condition and generally makes me feel sick all over. Nature's Secret - Ultimate Cleanse helps to sweep debris from the colon in a very gentle, and effective way.
I have tried numerous products both prescription and over the counter and they do not compare. Often they cause more damage. This product far surpasses those others and is natural, not harming my system. Simple, uncomplicated guidelines allow you to use the product immediately.

2 things to know - these are herbs and thus 100% natural; and, they do the job! Basically you take 1, 2 or 3 pills from each jar, 2 times a day with a meal until you have 2 to 3 bowel movements a day. I have used this treatment several times and only once had to take 3 pills and that was only for one day. For me, the 2 pills/twice a day works wonders. Believe me this will clean our your insides - you don't want to take these if you will not have quick access to a restroom! I take the pills for 7-10 days at a time every 3-4 months. My mother-in-law was recently diagnosed with colon cancer, so it makes even more sense to me to make sure that I'm cleaning out my colon on a regular basis. The Ultimate Cleanse is the best detox product I have ever used. Now four months from the first day I took the 30 day cleanse and three months from my last dose I am still feeling energetic, and have three movements a day. Not safe to take for long periods and not necessary either.
I recommend this product to my clients when appropriate. It is slow and gentle and works with the body to release layers of toxic debris from cells, organs, glands and digestive system, while it adds support to the systems.
Not for a quick fix, but for long term results. Slow and gentle, deep cleaning works! Listen to your body. If it is not the product for you, do not take it. Now in Morristown, NJ

This product worked just as stated in the review and description, you take it as directed and it does what it suppose to do, you can always adjust it according to your lifestyle since it makes you go to the bathroom few times a day. I didn't need to take more pills, with 2 in the morning and 2 at night was enought. It is a good product if you use it as directed and with care. It does causes some mild cramps to the abdomen area but hey it is working in your intestines so you can't expect not to feel anything. But overall it is good and I personally recommended to those that want to give it a try. I would be buying a new package for my aunt who suffers from constipation. Woah, does it work!! I had to cut back on the intervals recommended on the directions, just so I could go out and be human.
But it SURE cleanses!
After cutting back on my own specific dosage, it still worked but I didn't have to "run out of the office" several times a day.......
It's a good cleanse!! And yes, I DO recommend it for you Amazonians out there -- just try it at home for the first few days to get an idea of what it does for you, as you may have to adjust your dosage too.
