I am troubled by occasional attacks of gout, mainly in my right big toe joint. I have tried many medications, prescription and other, to little or no avail and was recommended to try Devil's Claw by a Rhodesian (Zimbabwean) colleague. I tried it the first time 4 years ago and was surprised that the attack seemed to last only a couple of days rather than the usual couple of weeks before things quietened down. Since then, should a hint of gout begin, I take a couple of Devil's Claw capsules twice a day with meals, for two or three days, and get effective relief. I am sensitive to the fact that my successful treatment may include, or be due to the placebo effect, so recommend you to try this and report your findings. This product is a good price and quality. It was shipped and received in promptly and the price is reasonable. Good luck.
