I only took two capsules instead of the recommended dosage of three, and woke up in the middle of the night with horrible diarrhea. Maybe my stomach is just too sensitive. I might give it another try, but I definitely expected this product to be more gentle.Customer Review: Scary-big Horse Pills

I haven't had the nerve to take any of these pills because they are huge! You're supposed to take two with an 8 oz. glass of water before each meal. I'm sure it will curb your appetite and make you feel full, but I wary about taking them.
