I have been taking pepogest for a few months now, 3 x day as directed. As one who had stomachaches everyday, I think that this product helps alot. I knew that drinking peppermint tea was good but that really didn't help like the peppermint oil softgels do. The enteric coating is very important. I recommend this product.
