Use this off and on, if I feel under the weather, I'll start having one capful measurement a day. Berry taste, reminds me of cough syrup, but it isn't. Easy to get kids to take, but keep it up out of their reach, has a nice berry flavor. I like it. You can never be to lazy with the immune system.
