LOVE this product! I bought it because both my mom and sister swear by it! Whenever we start to feel the slightest sore throat, we start to take it and the cold goes away within the first few days (or the symptoms are lessened). Even my two year old daughter LOVES drinking her "medicine"! It is delicious! If I've been somewhere in a place with lots of germs (dr's offices, touch-and-feel museums, playlands, etc) we both take some as a preventative measure. So far, so good! I always dillute it with a little bit of water. You can put ice in it and it tastes kind of like a berry drink! I would highly recommend this product to boost your immune system! PS - you can't really beat this price, either!
