I have tryed different sleep meds over the years and started looking for a more natural alternative. This works very well, helps with anxiety the following day also. I would recommend using on an "as needed" basis because I starting building a tolerance after a while. Great product.

It is also used as a flavoring agent in food and beverages. Encapsulated Valerian root with a guaranteed natural potency of .1% Valerenic acids.
