Customer Review: Allergy relief

My Osteopath recommended that I try bitters and echinacea for allergy relief. He has the same allergies that I do and he had good luck using this combination. I also added milk thistle to my daily dose as well. I'm allergic to pollens, dust and molds/mildews. I tried the allergy immunization shots once as a child and once as an adult to no avail, they didn't work. I use a teaspoon of Swedish Bitters, 10 drops of echinacea and 3 drops of milk thistle twice a day, in the morning and evening in a small glass of water. There may be a more optimum dosage but this is what I'm using. The combination works but you need to have patience. This is a treatment that will help cleanse your liver to strengthen your immune system. This takes time depending how toxic your body is. If you can also stop eating processed and junk foods, eat more organic foods, exercise, stay hydrated and just eat less, this will help your body purge itself of toxins as well. When you're immune system is stronger it can handle the things you're allergic to better. Makes sense. So have patience and be good to yourself and you'll feel a lot better like I do now.
