Before I purchased NailMed Sinus Rinse I regularly used to wash my nose with Sea salt. Because I always have to think how much to put salt into cup, I thought that NeilMed is a good idea because it already packed and pH balanced.
What I find out that water from NeilMed bottle may get into your ears and you can have bad earaches. The other thing is that it helps for some time but not help you to recover completely. With sea salt, I use it for 5-7 days and I completely recover. I would not recommend using NeilMed sinus rinse.

The packets contained in this "value pack" are not the updated design that has been around for more than 6 months.
Instead, the old antiquated packets are what is included and they are not sufficient nor efficient.
This is a big disappointment after the ease of use of the updated design packets.
Will not buy again. Not recommended.
