Customer Review: Awesome until you accidentally push the solution into your ears - BEWARE

I used this product with great success many times for congestion and sinus relief. One unfortunate night something went wrong, the company says "I blew too hard" or "used too much pressure". Whatever happened, water went into my ears and I have been in severe pain for days. I'm talking about horrible, head-spitting pain that leaves you writhing on the floor - pain that rivals childbirth! If you google "NeilMed ear pain", there are lots of results of similar things happening to others. Use at your own risk, if you use this product slightly wrong, you might end up in horrible horrible pain. I never thought ears could cause this much trouble!
I suspect that this product will eventually be pulled from the shelf, there are too many credible reports of this happening to too many people.

Allergybegone was quick to charge for products that they do not deliver. I placed an order on 5/27 and it came incomplete. After almost a month I'm still waiting for the products they charged and did not deliver. I have called and emailed them, and they always say that they are shipping the product TODAY, but TODAY never comes. It is a shame that Amazon is linked to such unreliable partners.

Do not use if you are congested. Water will follow the path of least resistance and go into the ear. Water in the ear canal is bad for those of us that have poor estacion tubes or already have ear problems.
