I have a very bad head cold. About 3 days into the cold, I had horrible sinus pressure. I got worried that I may have an infection, so I visited my doctor. She gave me an antibiotic but told me to wait 2 days before taking it and to try the sinus rinse first.
This product is WONDERFUL. What did people do before this product was around? I went from absolutely MISERABLE with horrible pressure- to completely opened up and pain free in the course of about 30 minutes.
I cannot say enough good things about this!

I was given a NeilMed Sinus rinse by my allergist. I had used a Neti pot in the past and didn't really like it that much (messy, hard to mix and often burned my nose). I was a little wary of this product as well. I was totally wrong. The SinusRinse is much better than a Neti pot. It is easier to use, mix, and I love the premixed packets. I have never experienced any discomfort with this product except when I accidentally get the water too hot. I would recommend this to anyone with allergies or to anyone who feels a cold coming on.Customer Review: Definitely worth it

After my first sinus infection last year I felt another one coming on. I didn't want to go back to the doctor for more antibiotics. After reading the reviews on Amazon.com I headed out to Walgreens to pick up the sinus rinse. Any temporary discomfort about using the product was quickly gone when I realized I could breathe again! I used it twice a day for 3 days straight and on the 4th day I was almost back to normal. No more antibiotics. This stuff works.Customer Review: Awesome! If you have sinus problems this will help greatly. When I told my doctor about this he told me that he advises patients to buy this ALL the time. He swore that he told me, but he hadn't. I have not had a sinus infection or sinusitis since I started using this about 9 months ago. I have purchased over 20 kits for friends and relatives. They, too, have been very pleased. Use it regularly (twice daily) for three weeks and you will be hooked!Customer Review: Great product

I got this product about a week ago and I LOVE IT! I completely agree that it's a really gross procedure but I feel that it's an even deal with all of the benefits I get out of it! I can't believe after all of the years I've put up with sinus headaches and stuffy noses this simple little bottle and a little packet have taken care of the majority of my problems!
