This stuff is one of the very few over the counter drugs that actually works and works damn well! I discovered this stuff back in college about 8 years ago. Your nose can be completely clogged up to the point that you can't even breathe, but a spray or two from this stuff and you're good to go. I moved to an area where the weather is pretty consistent year round, so I only get a cold maybe once a year. But I always keep a bottle of this stuff handy.
Only downside is that it doesn't last very long. Dosage says something like 3 sprays in each nostril no more than 3 times a day. I just use one good spray at a time, cuz it wears off in less than an hour. Sure makes suffering through a cold a lot better (though a cold is a cold, so it sucks no matter what). Just make sure you don't over do it! Your nasal passages can supposedly become addicted to it and then when your cold is gone, your nose is still clogged until you spray more. Has never happened to me though.
There's also an extra strength one. They seem the same to me though.
