Customer Reviews of Neosporin Lip Health Daily Hydration TherapyCustomer Review: Neosporin lip therapy day Summary: 4 Stars
This is a wonderful product. I have over 50 tubes of different lip balms to heal chapped/dry lips. I am very particular with the lip balms that I use. I live in a very arid environment and my lips are always dry. I've tried different remedies natural, balms, etc. This lip therapy is wonderful. I only have to apply it once every 4-6 hours instead of every 15-30 minutes. It's not to greasy/oily, it doesn't have any nasty smells. It's moisturizes and gives a nice shine to the lips, no need for lipstick or lip gloss. It is $4, yet it is worth every penny. A plus is that it has a SPF of 20 in it that protects it from the sun. I would definitely recommend it. $4 is a good trade-off.
Customer Review: Its ok but could be better Summary: 3 Stars
This lip product is ok it works well as an undercoat when applying other lip products over it since it contains spf 20. The product last a while on the lips. I wouldn't buy this product again nor would I recommend the product to anyone else in my standing. The two products are kind of disappointing in many circumstances, I personally set aside this product for awhile, and started using my MAC tinted lip conditioner and carmex as my daily lip treatment for color and a full affect for a basic lip treatment. I don't think I would be purchasing any neosporin lip products again. The only neosporin product I will be purchasing is there ointment.
Customer Review: Too runny and visible Summary: 3 Stars
After trying two packs of this balm, I find that I do not like it too much. It is more of a liquid balm and it is too runny. If you put even a little bit on, it shows. It is white and a little thick. It does make my lips soft and less dry.
It's good to use at nighttime so it can treat your lips, but I would avoid using during the day.
Customer Review: Doesn't Work Too Expensive Summary: 2 Stars
After several weeks of using this on a daily basis, without super frequent regularity my lips are actually worse off then before! Peeling, horrible taste (not that chapsick is supposed to be good, this is particularly nasty), super dry and sensitive, doesn't hold up well or last well at all as another reviewer said. Plus regardless where you go it's rather terribly expensive and not at all worth it. In my opinion, not worth buying. Doesn't deliver what it promised.
Customer Review: Too expensive and won't stay on long enough Summary: 1 Stars
I've been using this for a few weeks now and the only difference is that I'm applying it more often than anything else. My lips are still cracked and dry. It comes off easily, doesn't really "restore" lip health as advertised (the only active ingredient is a sunscreen - this should have been a red flag before I decided to buy it), and costs much more than it should. If you want something that's cheaper and actually protects your lips, try Burt's Bees lip balm (original, or honey if you don't like mint). Dionis is also a great brand made in the USA and it's made with goat's milk, so much softer on the lips.
