I don't know if anyone else does this, but I put Neosporin on my lips at night to prevent chapped lips. I never need it during the day. Well, sometimes I put it on first thing in the morning, mostly in the winter. When I have tried chapstick it feels think and sticky and uncomfortable to me. I would never want to have to keep my lips soft with just chapstick... yuck. And I've seen people use chapstick all day long, over and over. I never need to do that. I love neosporin for my lips! I used to use neosporin to avoid infection, also, but now I use J&J Tough Pads, which I swear by. With those you need nothing but soap and water or even just water. But for my lips - neosporin!
