I have used the Neti Pot, Neil Med Sinus Flush and now this product. This ranks 2nd to the Neil Med sinus flush. I love the design of this product, but not the dispenser tip. The tip closes too easily, especially when used by children. A sinus flush is wonderful, but purchase Neil Med instead. I had gone to two different doctors several years ago that recommended sinus surgery, and I started using the NM sinus flush and never had to have surgery. I highly recommend to anyone considering surgery, or that have regular sinus infections. If used daily it is said to prevent illnesses since the germs and irritants are flushed out.
