I used it for months and found it to be great. The neties made of plastic can be quite unpleasant some times. This one is from ceramic, thus you never feel the unpleasant feeling as with plastic.
The first times I found difficult to use and had to search on youtube some tutorials on how to use a netie. Now - I used it for almost 3 months - I can clean my sinuses fast and easy. And that feeling is very pleasant, especially in the winter months.
