I've been taking this product for over a month now. It was recommended to me to get my homones in balance. I just stopped taking birth control about a year ago after seventeen years and my acne has gone mad! I can't tell if this is helping or not but I'm going to continue to take it and see if it makes a difference.Customer Review: not much help
