I have been very happy with this prenatal vitamin. It has not caused me any physical discomfort like some prenatal vitamins can. I have taken the vitamins throughout the day and all at once and not had any issues with them. No stomach aches, etc. I am currently on my second bottle and took them all through my first trimester. I have not been sick (cold, flu, etc.) yet and have had a very healthy pregnancy. The subscription to Fit Pregnancy may be a little difficult to obtain though.
