Not only did it take two weeks to receive this item but they sent me a replacement filter, not an actual filter!! The picture shows a complete filter and I did not read anything about this item being a "replacement" cartridge. I never write reviews, good or bad, but I don't want anyone else to be duped.Customer Review: Plastic cracks

Within two years, maybe one, the plastic housing cracked, spraying water onto the wall. Duct tape caused the spray merely to dribble down the shower head, which was an improvement, but now the crack has gotten worse and too much water is being lost. I used this shower filter for two years and didn't notice one bit of difference. I am not convinced these work and have since stopped using the product. I do not recommend this product.
