This item was purchased as a gift for a friend 4 months ago. A minor defect necessitated a return and repair. Customer service was responsive and effective in the way that I wish all companies would be. With a minimum of fuss the unit was replaced and has since performed admirably. Battery life is good (approx 2 hours maintaining constant temp). The unit has been dropped at least twice with no apparent damage. having no previous experience with vaporizers I cannot comment on the relative merits of this unit compared to others, but I can say I am unreservedly pleased with its' performance thus far. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and company to anyone looking for a portable vaporizer.
