I have arthritis and spinal stenosis. I've got a really screwed up neck that causes me daily pain and headaches. I've slathered menthol type pain relieving rubs on my neck to the point where my eyes watered constantly - while this provided some relief, it was never really enough. I had seen this product before but never tried it because it costs so much more than the other rubs and creams. On a whim, I bought a small container and tried it. I experienced almost instant relief. I have never had any cream provide so much relief so quickly - and it doesn't stink, cause my eyes to water, or make people run away from from because I smell like I could spontaneously combust. I immediately purchased the larger size and am recommending this product to other people I know who have similar problems. I don't know if this will always provide the relief I initially experienced, but will continue to use it as long as it does - and maybe then some. Maybe it doesn't work for everybody, but for me, it's been a God-send.
