Good flavor and effective product. I was a heavy smoker, approx. 2 packs a day. I'm down to 2 cig. a day. I tried the patch, but got a skin irritation/reaction that required me to stop using patch cessation products. The gum works for me. I haven't gained weight, but have actually lost weight using the gum. Great tool for smokers to kick the habit!Customer Review: Great taste, easy packaging

I like this stuff. It tastes good, and is easy to get out of the packaging, (unlike the original flavor)-- which makes public gum chewing a little less attention-grabbing. My only criticism is that the mintiness is so intense that it can be hard to detect the peppery flavor that tells you to stop chewing. As a result, I ended up chewing too much a lot of the time and swallowing excess nicotine, (which hurt my throat). Overall though, the gum has been a huge help during my quit and I highly recommend using some kind of NRT.Customer Review: So, I'm addicted to Nicorette Gum

I quit smoking about two years ago, and yah, I'm addicted to the gum. I bought this kind online to save a few bucks and because the whitening effect was an added bonus.
After chewing this gum exclusively for about 2 weeks I started having extreme nicotine cravings... so bad that I bought a pack... yikes! The only think I can figure is that this gum isn't as effective as the US made product. It could just be me....
The easy release packaging is really helpful and the taste is quite good.
