This is pretty much the best nipple cream out there. Better than the lanolins. You can also use it as diaper rash ointment, lip balm, eczema treatment, cuticle cream, anything that requires a good soothing skin balm. Put a bit inside the breast shield when you pump, it makes the process a little more comfortable. Good stuff.

Does not contain lanolin, which contains several pesticides; or Vitamin E, which should not be ingested by infants. USDA Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth.
