I first wanted to start out by saying I have not purchased this item. I feel a bit unfair for giving it only one star- but I had to give it something to publish this.
I planned on buying this product until I read the reviews on this website. It makes me curious to find that the very few people who rated this product "five star" have ONLY RATED THIS PRODUCT. Maybe the company is paying its employees overtime???

I tried nono and it doesn't work. But it gave me a very nasty burn on the edge of my lip. It's been over a month since I got burned and it still hasn't healed. The company that sells this product are scam artist. They have lied to me several times and refuse to honor their 60 day trial offer. I am seeing an attorney this week about my burn. Right now I am waiting to see what my attorney have to say. Please don't buy this product it is dangerous to use. Save your money!!!!!!Customer Review: Not for those wanting serious results

I was so excited to try this and then so disappointed, I am sending it back. I get smoother results with a razor. It was as time consuming as waxing or depilating though it wasn't painful. I'd rather suck it up, epilate be done with it for the month and remind myself no pain no gain. If you really want a smooth finish that actually last this isn't the product for you. However if you have an hour to spare and don't mind a sand paper finish with no pain involved go for it!Customer Review: No result & STILL waiting on refund

I ordered this product. It did not work, and then the item actually stopped functioning. I returned it to their facility on November 30, 2010. Today is December 27th, and I still have no refund. I tried emailing (got an automated response) and calling (the line disconnected on me after informing me that they have received my product and I will get my refund). This is completely unprofessional and lacks any semblance of customer service.Customer Review: If it sounds too good to be true.....

it probably is! I can't beleive I wasted my money on this! Would not recommend to anyone!
It just doesn't work. It does remove some hair, but it is time consuming, stinks (literally) and does not remove the hair in a uniform way, so you still must shave.
And - I bought it from the company with the 60 day "risk free" guarentee... only now they refuse to refund my money.
A rip-off and a scam!
