The item works but it is poorly made. The handle you squeeze to make it work gets hung sometimes and makes it hard to use. I also found this item in a magazine and on there web site cheaper, almost ten dollars cheaper. I had a spinal fusion and could not bend or twist. I bought this to use and it has worked well for me, except for the above mentioned problem.
