I first used this product years ago, up in the mountains of Colorado. I found it very effective, it moisturized my inner nasal membranes, and in my opinion it worked better than regular saline sprays. Perhaps it has an ingredient or two not found in regular saline? Reader may want to look into that.
Suffice it say that I liked the product enough to skip buying saline in the pharmacy, and look for it online to buy and be shipped to me. The nose better nose gel is also very good, IMHO.
